This is where the industry reads, argues about, and sometimes swears at the documents that actually govern the work: the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, the Building Safety Act 2022, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, Approved Document B, and the British Standards that everything in the other channels ends up referencing (BS 5839, BS 9999, BS 9991, BS 9251, BS EN 13501, and all their friends). Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland equivalents are fair game too.
**What to post:** questions about interpretation, links to recent amendments, case law that changes how a clause reads in practice, and the occasional "has anyone else noticed the contradiction between X and Y?"
